General

GoChop is a Nigerian food ordering and delivery platform connecting customers, independent vendor kitchens, and delivery riders — with zero commission taken from vendors, so food stays affordable.

GoChop is a Nigeria-wide platform, launching first in Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, and Maiduguri, and expanding from there.

English, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, and French.

GoChop is rolling out on Google Play. If you don't see it yet in your region, email gochopsupport@gmail.com.

Ordering & payments

By card, bank transfer, or your GoChop in-app wallet, processed securely by our licensed partners Paystack and Monnify.

Your payment is held in escrow, not given to the vendor immediately. For delivery orders, it's released once the rider picks up the order; for pickup, once you collect and confirm.

Raise a dispute in the app — this freezes the escrow for that order while our support team reviews it and works out a fair resolution.

No — never. Vendors keep 100% of their food sales. GoChop earns only from a vendor's monthly subscription.

For vendors

Download the GoChop Vendor app, sign up, set up your kitchen profile and menu, then subscribe to publish your storefront.

The current price is shown in the Vendor app at sign-up — renew manually or turn on auto-renew.

Yes, straight from your GoChop wallet to your bank account, whenever you like.

For riders

Download the GoChop Driver app and sign up. You'll be able to accept nearby delivery runs and get paid per delivery.

No — riders are independent delivery partners, choosing when to go online and which runs to accept.

Account & privacy

Use the delete-account option in your profile, or email gochopsupport@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

No. See our full Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why.
